|Recommended: YesI am glad to live here — It's a nice, cozy apartment. At first I was scared because it was so cheap, but luckily I found some good roommates and I am happy to be here. The kitchen is a bit small, but the bedroom is more spacious than I thought it would be.

|Recommended: YesNice apartments — This apartment is a good deal for what you get, there may be some issues with the apartment especially upon move-in but maintenance is very good about repairing things quickly with no problem.

|Recommended: YesGreat for the price Make of that what you will — Orchard Corners is great and convenient for college students such as me who wanted to live off campus at a cheap, affordable rate while also being at a good location. An important thing to note is you get what you paid for the actual stuff in the apartment itself is quite cheaply made and can look a little rough. My room was initially not super clean but that was an easy fix. Any issues that we've had were fixed in a timely manner the maintenance guy is great and better than what's available at KU student housing. My biggest issue currently is noise the windows for your room don't insulate noise that well, so you can hear EVERYTHING that's going on outside which can be a problem when you're trying to sleep and there's a ton of parties going on at the pool. Other than that, it's great for the price. Make of that what you will. Also, consider moving in with people you know, makes living their much more comfortable. Just a heads up.

|Recommended: NoGood for first time apartment renters. — It is a good community. The rent is cheap. Nice swimming pool area. New couches in the living room. Great area in town. Close to campus. However, the other people who live here are not the best. I can hear the people in the rooms next to me in the other apartments. Broken things in my room, that still have not gotten fixed. Not the cutest place to live compared to the Nest or the Connection.

We apologize as we don't see any work orders for your apartment open right now but can definitely take care of any issues today or tomorrow. We agree, the Nest and the Connection are very cute. :) If you have some thoughts on what you would like to see different around here please let us know. We have always focused on being more affordable but are open to all suggestions!

|Recommended: YesOrchard Corners Review — Living at Orchard Corners has been enjoyable so far. The apartment is reasonable for the price. There were a couple of things that were broken when I moved in, but the maintenance team quickly took care of it.
