|Recommended: YesCo-operative staff — I initially faced a bit of an issue in my apartment as the people living there did not keep it clean. I reached out to management, and they helped me transfer to a new apartment on a very short notice. Apart from their cooperation, they were also very friendly and understanding at all times.

|Recommended: YesLovely little events and the nicest staff on earth for an apartments complex make you feel so welcoming — We just got the recommendation to live here from another friends of us, who used to live here two years ago when they came here to study abroad overseas from Germany. It's so much fun to live here.
Overall it feels so warmly and welcoming to come and to live here. Especially such little events like the welcome back to school breakfast, the halloween door contest and many more are the ones which really make you feel cared about.
Andrea and the whole team are by the way the nicest people on earth and help you wherever they can
