|Recommended: YesA great fixer upper of a place — The property is really great for the price. You can't ask for much more as far as the features go, but unfortunately I did have some problems with the condition of the place when I moved in. The floors weren't clean and there were some things that I hoped would have been dealt with before we moved in. We had an actively leaking sink in the kitchen, one of my roommate closets came without doors, and the fridge was also leaking on the inside. These were all fixed except I'm still waiting on the sink with a maintenance order at no extra cost, but it was still a bit of a hassle.

We had the unit professionally cleaned and a lot of the carpet in your unit was replaced but sometimes thinks can get missed. We appreciate your patience as we have navigated your repairs. We will make sure to take care of that sink asap!

|Recommended: YesGood apartment, needs updates — Really enjoying the apartment complex so far. Staff is friendly and helpful when questions are asked. Apartment definitely needs updating, fixtures and cabinets are extremely outdated, poor quality, or completely broken. Beyond those things, it's a nice space and affordable.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance was amazing and responsive to all problems and fixes. Staff was great after the new leasing agent took over, became a lot more attentive and willing to help, very understanding and friendly.

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff — Whenever I have any issues the people in the office are always super nice and quick to send maintenance to help with any problems. It may be an older complex, but the staff is super nice and great help.

|Recommended: NoOverall pretty nice — It is a nice place for the price, however I do not believe the place was professionally cleaned before move in like we were told it was, but besides that and a few other mishaps, it is not a bad place.
|Recommended: YesOrchard Corners Review — Overall the place is very comfortable living. It is a little outdated in regard to appliances but the maintenance staff have been super helpful with any requests and on move in day they were on top of things. The office staff have also been super helpful with any requests and things that are needed.

|Recommended: YesCould be better, not bad — Some things missing microwave, room chairs , beds are not super comfy, some drawers are broken. Other than that it’s a pretty good living space.
Thank you for your honest review. The chairs were delivered late and we are getting those out to everyone now. We are also making sure you get a microwave. Sorry for the delay on that. Overall I am glad you are happy but we will make sure to get those things fixed for you asap!
