|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for. — The amenities are very nice, and it is fully furnished. The only thing that knocks points is the cleanliness. None of our units looked like they were cleaned other than removing the trash. We found edibles in the first drawer that we opened from the previous renters that had left them there. Also, many other items were left or forgotten. The staff has been nice, and move-in was very smooth.

|Recommended: YesReview — Parking is good because I’m on the end so it’s not far from the overflow. Upon moving in I quickly found that my “professionally” cleaned apartment had cobwebs in every corner and under every appliance, floors and appliances were extremely dirty, and every door is either bowed or has a crack poorly covered hole.
Hi Ashley! We appreciate your review and your honest feedback. We try our best to clean our apartments thoroughly in the short amount of time we have to do it, but that is no excuse. I will make a note to keep a closer eye on this for next year. Hope you have a great year!!

|Recommended: YesOverall a really great place I moved in my freshman year of college and lived here all 4 years. The renovated units were a much needed improvement. I really liked the kitchen, the appliances were nice. Some units have bigger fridges than others, not sure why. The bathroom was fine but it seems like maybe most units don't have a drain stopper so I never took a bath, only showers. It worked for my lifestyle though. I really liked that I could submit maintenance requests and pay through the Resident Portal App. It was also nice that they set up all utilities, wifi, and other fees like trash to be included. So in the app I see rent, utilities, communications, and whatever fees I have selected to be added like renters insurance or credit lift. It was so great that I didn't have to set up my own service through MIDCO or Evergy. I also didn't have to worry about paying them. I just paid Apple Lane now Orchard Corners Studios . I wasn't a fan of community laundry but it was reliable. It cost

|Recommended: YesUnit 1401-14 — Overall, this unit is very good with amazing parking, very nice staff. The walls are kinda thin, easily hearing other rooms and upstairs neighbors at night. Everything else, though, is good however, moving in there was a mess behind furniture that wheren't moved to clean under. However after cleaning everything I would recomend to anyone as a good place with a good price.

|Recommended: NoHas potential — It’s not a bad place but it’s overall pretty dirty and a number of the rooms are pretty run down with holes in walls, doors, rotting base boards, wood, and cracks
